Using qi.jabberHelpdesk on your plone site

Install qi.jabberHelpdesk

Go to the control panel and locate the Helpdesk settings on the 'Add-on Product Configuration'. Use 'chatblox.com' as xmlrpc server port 6668.
Add your helpdesk
If you are the owner of the helpdesk on chatblox.com you can see your password and bot jabber id. Use those when adding a helpdesk.
